Continuing Medical Education Information

Participants who want CME credit must complete the evaluation form, which is provided at the end of each lecture. You may print your CME certificate after you have completed the evaluation.

ACCREDITION STATEMENT
The Yale School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Medical Association has determined that physicians not licensed in the US who participate in the CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The Yale School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (as noted on each lecture). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
