How To Earn Credits

1. Register with Yale CME
Registration allows you to view the sample course, purchase courses that you have selected to buy, and view your MyYaleCME page. The MyYaleME page is where you access the courses you have purchased.

2. Select courses for your "Shopping Cart" using the Course Catalog.
The Course Catalog shows available courses, their Table of Contents, and Course Abstracts.

3. Check out and pay for your courses
Use your credit card to pay for the courses in the Shopping Cart. Certain courses/grand rounds are free to Yale personnel with a valid NetID and to Yale affiliated Hospitals.

Annual Subscriptions allow receiving credits for a one time Annual Fee. Eligible courses/grand rounds become available in your MyYaleCME page.

4. Complete a course and accreditation test
At your convienence, take the course by clicking the link to it from your MyYaleCME page. At the end of the CME course you may be provided with a test. You can take the course and test as many times as necessary to get a passing score.

5. Evaluation
After successful completion of the CME course you will be provided with an evaluation form that must be completed in order to receive CME credits.

6. Certificate
A CME certificate can be viewed and printed after successful completion of the course and evaluation.
